Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 26, 2026.

This policy explains how information submitted through the MAKORYN website is used to respond to commercial and industrial water-treatment inquiries.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, business email, country, application, feed-water source, required capacity and any optional project information or water-analysis file you choose to provide.

How we use inquiry information

We use inquiry information to understand your requirements, prepare a suitable system direction, communicate about the project and protect the website from misuse. Relevant project information may be shared with service and production partners when needed to prepare or deliver the requested solution.

Website analytics

MAKORYN uses Cloudflare infrastructure to record anonymous conversion events. These events are limited to a timestamp, page path, contact method, general CTA location and label, the approved RFQ target path, an approved system slug, campaign tags, a sanitized referring origin or internal path, a coarse form outcome and whether an attachment was present. They do not use a visitor or session identifier and do not store unfiltered URL query strings or referrer URLs, inquiry field values, contact details, project descriptions, water data, capacity, file names, file types, report contents, raw server responses or raw error text.

Cloudflare processes website requests as part of hosting, security and measurement infrastructure. Anonymous conversion events use approved page and CTA categories with a UTC timestamp and are stored for up to 90 days in first-party Cloudflare KV. The conversion dataset does not intentionally copy IP addresses, user-agent strings or cookies from those requests.

Google Analytics 4 is optional and is only available when a valid measurement identifier has been configured. When available, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Before that choice, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and Google Analytics cookies are not created by this site. You can decline or reopen Analytics preferences from the footer.

When Google Analytics is enabled and allowed, its optional conversion events use the same restricted categories. MAKORYN does not send project inquiry contents or attachment details to Google Analytics.

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API are used only after you choose “Allow analytics.” They may receive PageView, selected ViewContent, Contact and Lead events, together with an event timestamp and identifier, the page URL, browser and network identifiers, and valid Meta cookies when available. For a successfully delivered RFQ, the Conversions API may also receive a normalized SHA-256 hash of the submitted business email to support event matching. MAKORYN does not send the inquiry description, application, water data, capacity, attachment or file name to Meta.

Declining or reopening Analytics preferences and revoking consent stops subsequent Meta events and removes Meta cookies that this site can delete. Meta events are sent to the MAKORYN dataset only; browser and server copies of the same Contact or Lead share one event ID for deduplication.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for project communication, business records, security and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and business-record requirements. Contact sales@makoryn.com or use the project inquiry form and write “Privacy request” in Additional Requirements.
