Selection answer

When this system is the right starting point.

Start with this industrial ultrafiltration family when suspended solids, colloids or a membrane pretreatment barrier are central to the treatment objective. The confirmed family covers custom 5–100 m³/h configurations for tap water, groundwater and surface water after feed-specific review.

Best fit

Use this family when these conditions align.

  • Tap water, groundwater or surface water requiring particle and colloid control
  • Projects using UF as pretreatment before a separately selected downstream RO stage
  • Custom 5–100 m³/h duties that require project-specific membrane, cleaning, pump, control and skid configuration

Compare another system when

Change the process family when the treatment objective changes.

Single-Pass Industrial RO

The product-water objective requires dissolved-salts reduction rather than UF-focused particle and colloid control.

Double-Pass RO

The approved product-water target requires two RO passes after suitable pretreatment.

System configuration

Configured Around Your Water and Site

Each ultrafiltration system is configured according to feed-water quality, required capacity, target application and installation conditions. The membrane arrangement, pretreatment stages, pumps, valves, piping, control system and skid layout can be adjusted for the project.

  • Capacity from 5 to 100 m³/h
  • Pretreatment process configuration
  • Optional softening pretreatment
  • Integration with downstream RO systems
  • Duplex softener configuration where required by the project
  • UF membrane quantity and arrangement
  • Pump and valve selection
  • Piping and frame configuration
  • Voltage and control requirements
  • Skid dimensions and site layout
  • OEM logo and equipment nameplate
  • Installation guidance and project-specific service options

Project customization options

Process boundary

What this system family covers.

01

Feed side

The feed analysis determines whether media filtration, activated carbon, softening or other pretreatment is required before UF.

02

Core process

The family covers the UF membrane stage together with project-selected membrane quantity, pumps, valves, piping, controls, backwash and cleaning provisions.

03

Product-water side

Downstream RO, storage, disinfection and final distribution are separate project stages selected from the required use and water-quality target.

Selection inputs

Information needed before configuration.

  • Feed-water source, turbidity, suspended-solids and colloidal conditions
  • Required treated flow, daily volume and operating hours
  • Intended role of UF as pretreatment or a separately defined terminal barrier
  • Required downstream process and product-water target
  • Backwash, cleaning, drainage and residuals-handling conditions
  • Voltage, automation, materials, site space and installation layout
