Project experience / Textile dyeing process water

Textile Process-Water RO Reference

A textile dyeing plant needed cleaner production water for fabric processing. Suspended matter, organics and mineral ions were concerns for pipe fouling and dyeing consistency. The treatment system combines filtration and softening ahead of a single-pass RO stage.

Water challenge

Conditions that control the process.

Sediment, colloids, organic matter and mineral ions affecting fouling and dyeing-water consistency.

Target water use and quality

Set the objective at the point of use.

Purified process water intended to limit mineral-ion interference with dyes and support consistent fabric processing.
